Store Manager
A MobileOne Store Manager is personable, honest, an exceptionally hard worker, and a natural born leader. As a Store Manager your work ethic and abilities are in the spotlight! You are responsible for the daily operations of one wireless retail store and must ensure that each and every customer is provided with a superior customer experience.
- Lead the store in selling new wireless products and services
- Right-fit customers into the correct phone and rate plan package
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of T-Mobile’s products and services lineup
- Greet mall patrons professionally to establish rapport and clientele
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Recruit new talent for the organization
- Facilitate New Hire Trainings
- Conduct the initial interview for new applicants
- Consistently attend and conduct trainings for new T-Mobile products and services
- Ensure constant development and training of the staff
- Maintain 100% accuracy and accountability for inventory, cash, and paperwork
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and profit targets for new activations, flex pay activations, renewals, and accessory sales
- Provide world class customer service and maintain a Voice of the Customer score of 91%+ each month
- Maintain a Store closing percentage of 80%+ on prime applications and 40%+ on Flex Pay Annual customers
- Provides creative ideas to management on how to improve the company or its processes
Requirements
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- A consistent and proven track record as a top performer
- Strong sales ability
- Experience in retail management and managing commissioned sales people
- Experience in managing high volumes of cash and inventory
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional Problem solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors degree preferred
