Wireless Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is the face of our company who is knowledgeable, honest, hard working, self motivated, and always acts in the best interests of the customer in order to provide a superior customer experience at one of our stores.

Responsibilities

- Greet mall patrons professionally to establish rapport and clientele

- Consistently act in the best interest of the company

- Right-fit customers into the correct phone and rate plan package

- Must maintain a Voice of the Customer score of 91%+ each month

- Maintain a detailed knowledge of T-Mobile’s products and services lineup

- Provide world class customer service

- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and profit targets for new activations, flex pay activations, renewals, and accessory sales

- Maintain a closing percentage of 80%+ on prime applications and 40%+ on Flex Pay Annual customers

Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Wireless experience is NOT needed

- Outgoing personality accompanied with a positive attitude

- Ability to provide superior customer service

- Sales experience and/or experience in engaging customers

- Successful past employment history

- High School diploma or GED

- Bilingual is a plus
