According to INC.com, over the last 3 years, MobileOne grew 1050%! The best part? We only plan to continue growing in 2017!

“I had the best experience from the guys at the 1151 Galleria Blvd Tmobile store in the Galleria Mall. They were all really helpful and treated me like I was their family. I came in the store really mad because Apple Store cancelled my appointment with them and the guys from Tmobile exceeded my expectation! Austin, Dana, and Brian helped me get the best deal, offered really great promotions, and on top of that went through all the trouble to save all my photos and videos on my phone! They really care about their customers and it definitely felt like I was not at a store that was ripping me off but instead I felt like I was with a company that gave me a great experience, saved me money, and treated me just the way I wanted to be treated especially after getting my appointment cancelled and coming in very mad.. I am writing you in regards to recognition of T-mobile representative/ associate America Guzman, for her exceptional customer service.
As of March 23, 2016, I was on the phone with America Guzman after many attempts to try and dispute my situation with various T-mobile stores as well as several tries over the phone with T-mobile customer support. I purchased a phone for less than two weeks and unfortunately experienced a manufacturing glitch with the device. From one store to the next, I was given information completely tangent to the next. I was not only being mislead, but also came of a realization that most representatives were not aware of the differences in the various of Jump! insurance available and how the grandfather jump actually existed! Upon bringing the circumstances to America, she took the situation seriously and professionally.
Although America was unable to complete the process the same day due to situations beyond her control, America took the initiative by ensuring me that things will be taken care of immediately upon my return from overseas. As of March 31, 2016, all came to a satisfactory end where America completed the transaction process. She tackled the situation aggressively yet diligently.
I appreciate America for all that she had done for me. America executed high degree of initiative and knowledge in terms of T-mobile’s policy and procedures . She explained in a way which I understood her completely. Her interpersonal skills were excellent. She showed consideration and mindfulness by making me feel she could relate to me from a customer-based perspective. America ‘s personality was outstanding which makes her desirable within any field of business. America certainly implemented the high standards of what customer service defines. I just wanted to express my views on the wonderful customer service that I have received from your American Canyon store. Although I live in Napa I do work in American Canyon. After many visits to both stores over the past three weeks I will only support your American Canyon store, due to the over the top service that I have received directed by Andy.
The staff has been incredibly helpful in a stressful period for one of my ten year old twins (stressful meaning that she didn’t have a phone for ten days)..HA! I have also added a 5th line to my plan yesterday due to my belief in your customer care.
I have also dealt with a gentleman in regards to insurance and he was very helpful as well, with great follow up this morning. If you can track down my records please send his superior a note of thanks.
