Responsibilities
As a Mobile Associate, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Obtaining or receiving merchandise, totaling bills, accepting payments and making change for customers in retail store.
  • Perform all required opening and closing duties.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and profit targets.
  • Research and memorize T-Mobile’s products and services lineup.
  • Support your team, keep the store looking its best, and make sure your knowledge of T-Mobile technology is up to date.
  • Consistently act in the best interest of the company.

As a Mobile Associate, you’ll be responsible to follow these customer regulations:
  • Help Customers that come into the store location who are browsing and/or ready to make a purchase.
  • Approach with confidence and a smile, and go to work, assessing needs and concerns for customers by building a genuine relationship with them.
  • Build trust with customers by answering their questions, educating, and offering solutions that pave the way for a potential T-Mobile sale.
  • When it’s time to make the sale, you’re an expert at finding just the right plan for your customer, and then making sure they’re primed for success throughout the customer on-boarding process
  • Right-fit customers into the correct phone and rate plan package.

In order to be a Mobile Associate, you need to have the following:
  • Previous customer service or sales experience. Wireless experience is not needed.
  • A passion for technology and the ability to smoothly find your way around a computer.
  • Instinctual problem-solving skills.

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Flexibility in schedule and work varied shifts, 7 days per week, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
A Store Manager is:
  • Accountable for managing all guest services, store operations, sales, profitability, merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and operating costs.
  • Familiar with all aspects of retail, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, loss prevention and team leadership.
  • The Primary point of contact for employees of the retail store.
As Store Manager, your management responsibilities include:
  • Responsibility for the overall productivity results in the store and delivering those results based on key performance indicators
  • Hiring and developing a team of effective Mobile Experts and Associates
  • Training store associates in using store systems to support the Customer Experience, including the Point of Sale.
  • Cultivating a positive environment, which supports MobileOne’s values.
  • Coaching Mobile Associates in building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and supporting them in delivering a strong customer experience that will allow the customer to confidently recommend T-Mobile to their friends and family.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment at all times.
  • Ensuring that visual merchandising is engaging to customers, while adhering to MobileOne/T-Mobile standards.
  • Staying on top of rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology and ensuring that Mobile Associates are updated on new products and offerings, and know the sales techniques necessary to sell them.
  • Ensuring that every need the customer has when coming into the store is met before they leave, right fitting the solution and making sure associates set them up for success through the customer on-boarding process.
  • Utilizing tools and resources to grow internal talent to the next level. Build skills and successes through continued coaching and performance assessment conversations.
  • Driving operational efficiencies to help minimize risk and protect the stores assets.

Responsibilities
As a MobileOne Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for:
  • Assisting in the overall store operations while being accountable for personal/store sales as well as the development of a high performing, motivated team.
  • Ensuring customers are 100% satisfied.
  • Effectively managing customer traffic visiting the store and balancing wait times.
  • Staying current on all products, services, and promotions, and assisting the Store Manager in educating others of all relevant information.
  • Ensuring the location is fully staffed at all times and assisting the Store Manager with the MobileOne Recruiting Program.
  • Making sure the store always looks its best and is compliant with the T-Mobile merchandising requirements.
  • Supporting store operations and ensuring compliancy with the guidelines set by T-Mobile and MobileOne.
    • These operations include: merchandising, inventory/shrinkage and customer service.
